This model isn't as feature-rich as some of the more expensive models we tested but it does come with the basics. It has a big dust bin that can hold a lot of dirt before needing to be cleaned. The vacuum and mop system is great for hard floors and carpets with low pile. It's also extremely quiet. We were able watch the TV while it was cleaning without feeling as though we were being overwhelmed by the sound.
Our test subjects were impressed with how easy it was to set up and use, and were impressed by its capacity to get all the messes off their flooring. It was effective in picking up pet hair, messes and carpeting however it had a harder time eliminating stubborn stains. The users found the app to be user-friendly and easy to use, and were able to program the vacuum to clean regularly to help reduce how much they had to do manually. It doesn't include object avoidance or mapping technology, so it isn't able to be used to send specific rooms or follow virtual boundaries (though magnetic boundaries can be used).
